I think after ANYONE WITNESSES a genuine MOVE OF GOD -- a legitimate MIRACULOUS event---------------you are WRECKED FOR THE ORDINARY! I'm finding it hard in my spirit to got to "nice" church events, when saints are gathered together where God isn't having DOMINION and wrecking lives?? and I've just been thinking about this again and again and that was the phrase that came to me, "Wrecked for the Ordinary" and again, hallelujah, the Holy Spirit reminded me of a moment, hands raised, heart crying out, "O GOD! So, I guess today is day 21 of our Daniel Fast. I sit and reflect on all that has been accomplished and all God has done in my life in this time and my heart bursts forth in gratitude and appreciation! I had my first real speaking engagement at another church and it ended up being so GOD and so perfectly timed! I was invited to share my testimony and do some worship and we just kept praying for God's kingdom to come and God's will to be done! I kept praying LORD just COME and be GLORIFIED! Manifest Your magnificent presence and bring your ANOINTING which will break yokes and destroy the works of the devil on this earth. Let me just say my God did not disappoint! I had a friend say that when we sang they truly know now what it means to feel the presence of the Lord! The alters were opened up for prayer and people responded and God responded to those people! So our church is doing a Daniel Fast for 21 days corporately. 21 days of  "No meats, no sweets, no treats" (why is it that all three of those words say the same sound, but aren't spelled the same way? Gotta love the English Language) Daniel ate "no pleasant food" so as a group a LOT of us are doing a 21 day fast --- and each person is to follow the Lord's leading and take whatever liberty they feel to take in their own personal fast. Some people have almond milk, some people don't! Most people eliminate all coffee and caffeine - some people wouldn't dream of it. Praise God our pastor warned us against judging other people in their fast and becoming legalistic! Whatsoever YOU DO, do heartily unto the Lord and not unto men. So my friend Steve worked as a paramedic for YEARS in Baltimore, MD. He's seen his share of "stuff" Once we went on a cruise together and he told a story of a woman who was grotesquely overweight (think hundreds of pound heavier then you can even think of) and underneath one of their rolls, I kid you not, Steve said they removed a lost 'sandwich' that when they removed it, exposed maggots eating not only the sandwich, but yeah, you guessed it - the flesh underneath it, too! *ugh* but in his various gallivants and excursions, he's seen unresponsive and "dead" people He knows what a body looks like that possesses life and he is well able to recognize one that does not My husband works in a nursing home and said there's just something extremely recognizable about a lifeless body --- you just KNOW when someone's spirit has departed Well Steve went on a missions trip recently to Haiti and he's got this video on his cell phone ...
